WSRE, PBS for the Gulf Coast, recently held “Corks & Forks,” the 22nd Annual WSRE Wine & Food Classic on October 22 and 24 at the Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front. The benefit raised nearly $150,000 to continue the mission of the local public television station. Guests enjoyed two delightful evenings featuring award-winning wines and signature dishes presented by some of the area’s top chefs, all while bidding on a tempting array of live and silent auction items. Jazz artist Al Martin and friends entertained guests both evenings.
Honorary Chair for this year’s event was Ms. Patricia Windham with Michael Johnson and Ed Lemox as Event Chairs.
